Thumbtack recently signed a lease for an awesome space in the heart of SOMA, and we're looking for an officemate. As for us, we're an energetic team of 10 (plus a chef) that enjoys working hard and talking endlessly about the internet.
We're offering ~800 sq ft of open floor space and shared use of another 2,000 sq ft, including two conference rooms, huge kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower), an awesome loft to relax in, storage areas, a two car garage which we're converting into a gym / rec room, and even a massage chair! The lease includes janitorial, utilities and fast internet -- we're taking care of all that stuff. The space would fit 6-12 people, depending on your preferences.
Oh, and you'll also have the opportunity (for a fee) to enjoy the services of our lovely chef who cooks all our meals at the office five days a week. We even have a blog about it.
The space was originally a foundry that has recently been renovated with all the modern essentials while still maintaining it's wonderful brick and timber aesthetic.
